Associate Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage the requirements and functional solution aspects of the System
• Analyze and manage the operation backlog and develop business case to address the problem.
• Document requirements, source and evaluate alternatives, and recommend solution that best fits the stakeholders’ needs.
• Work with the stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment of the enhancements
• Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedure on the operation or maintenance of technical systems.
• Assists with the documentation of technical design, specification, and technical solution.
• Maintains document repositories used by teams and assists with project documentation as needed
• Design and automate BAU operations
• Analyse and streamline operations to minimise recurrent issues
• Able to contribute to multiple projects, whilst still ensuring process compliance and deliverables are adhere to.
• Provide consultancy and advisory services to the business and systems development for test automation and orchestration
• Able to work independently as well as a team in providing out-of-the box solution if required.
• To collaborate/troubleshoot with the development and delivery team for technical issues that requires result analysis and feedback.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of overall IT experience
• 8 years of Agile experience in software engineering in development, testing and business analysis
• Proven experience in managing operations, handling of issues, and systems monitoring.
• Ability to perform qualitative, quantitative and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to take a broad, strategic perspective as well as drill deep to understand business needs and challenges.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
• Sound understanding of the technical aspects of systems integration in an environment with diverse technologies.
• Hands-on experience in programming languages like Java, C#, Python etc
• Ability to perform code reviews and troubleshoot code if required
• Strong Knowledge of SDLC and/or Agile delivery practises
• Sound problem analysis and resolution abilities
