The opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Network Engineer (Level 1&2) on a contract basis with salary of $6000. Working in the Boon Lay West Region, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support and maintenance for the organization's network infrastructure.

Jon Responsibilities:

• Configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining network equipment such as switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points
• Monitoring network performance and identifying and resolving issues to ensure reliable and efficient network operations
• Assisting with the implementation of new network technologies and infrastructure upgrades
• Providing technical support and guidance to end-users on network-related matters
• Documenting network configurations, processes and procedures
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex network challenges

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Network Engineer or similar technical role
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, technologies and best practices
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network equipment from major vendors such as Cisco, Juniper or Aruba
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve network issues
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Certification in CCNA, JNCIA or equivalent preferred
