Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and system enhancements
• Develop user flow diagrams, process maps, and wire-frames to improve business processes and user experience
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define and refine product features
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to align technical solutions with business needs
• Support development teams by providing clear requirements, ensuring UI consistency, and validating deliverables
• Conduct system testing, UAT coordination, and quality assurance to ensure seamless implementation
• Identify risks, design test scenarios, and prepare user guides and training materials
• Act as a bridge between business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth communication and execution
• Maintain and update product documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals
• Drive process improvements and contribute to the continuous enhancement of IT solutions

The Successful Applicant

You are a successful candidate if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in software or web development as a business analyst, designer, or architect.
• Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems to effectively align technology solutions with business needs.
• Proficiency in web technologies (Java/J2EE), databases (Oracle/Postgres), SQL, APIs, and system integration concepts
• Experience in defining test scenarios, coordinating UAT, and ensuring high-quality software solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve system and process challenges.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management for seamless collaboration with global teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while managing multiple priorities independently.
• Willingness to travel occasionally based on business requirements.
