The Role

We are looking for a Chief Concierge. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and ensuring smooth operations of the Concierge and Bell sections of the Hotel. If you are an organized and service-oriented individual, we want you to be part of our growing team.

Job Description:

Oversee and ensure smooth operations of the Concierge and Bell Sections.
Set and maintain procedures for handling and storing guest luggage.
Ensure that all information provided to guests is up-to-date and accurate.
Ensure that all Concierge and Bell associates adhere to the grooming standards.
Ensure ongoing education and development of all associates in the Concierge and Bell Section.
Ensure that all guests receive the highest level of professional welcome and farewell.
Ensure all guests are assisted with door opening, luggage transportation and any other assistance to the guest as required.
Maintain a system of message delivery that ensures all messages are delivered according to the standards and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of guests' and proprietary information.
Perform other duties as assigned.
