Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive / Senior Executive to support the HR team in Singapore, with additional responsibilities in supporting regional HR functions across the Southeast Asia and Oceania region. This role involves assisting in recruitment, employee relations, Training and Development, HR administration, and other HR functions. The successful candidate will play an essential role in ensuring smooth HR operations and support for both local and regional initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Recruitment Support:
o Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
• Onboarding & Offboarding:
o Support the coordination of onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
o Assist in offboarding, ensuring all exit procedures are followed and collecting feedback during exit interviews.
• Employee Relations Assistance:
o Provide administrative support in managing employee relations matters, assisting in resolving minor employee issues, and maintaining accurate records.
• HR Administration & Reporting:
o Maintain up-to-date employee records, assist in documentation, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
o Assist with HR reporting, including preparing and updating HR-related reports as needed.
• Training & Development Support:
o Help organize training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and communicating with trainers.
o Track attendance and feedback from training programs for ongoing development.
• Compliance & Documentation:
o Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with Singaporean and regional labor laws.
o Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring proper documentation is filed.
• Employee Engagement Support:
o Support the organization of employee engagement activities, events, and surveys to maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Regional HR Support:
o Assist regional HR teams with administrative tasks and coordination for HR projects across SEAO countries.
Job Requirement
• Education:
o Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
o Min 2-3 years of experience in HR roles
• Skills:
o Knowledge of HR processes and procedures for full spectrum of HR functions
o Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); HRIS (Time-Soft) experience is a plus.
o Strong communication and organizational skills.
o High attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
