Job Posting for Accounts Executive (Maternity Cover) at Peak Ocean Pte Ltd
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure they are up-to-date
Prepares weekly aging report
Verifies supplier invoices, staff expense claims, identifies cost centre and records and update in financial record.
Verifies timesheet, documents for invoicing purpose
Maintains proper filing and records in SharePoint
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making
Performs other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
CAT, LCCI, Diploma/NITEC in accountancy
Minimum 4 years full hands-on experience in AR, AP functions
Familiar with MS Excel
Proficient in data entry and management
Well versed in handling multiple accounts
Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking Mandarin will be an added advantage
