Responsibilities:
Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure they are up-to-date
Prepares weekly aging report
Verifies supplier invoices, staff expense claims, identifies cost centre and records and update in financial record.
Verifies timesheet, documents for invoicing purpose
Maintains proper filing and records in SharePoint
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making
Performs other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Degree or diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Bookkeeping: Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience preferred.
Work Style: Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Personal Attributes: Positive attitude, highly motivated, and detail-oriented.
