As the asset owner representative, he or she will review, revise, and execute HSE Plans, Procedures, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and related documentation to ensure compliance with company and local requirements.
Manage and monitor the company’s HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
Conduct regular inspections of construction and Operations & Maintenance sites.
Identify potential hazards and recommend solutions at all project stages, including design review.
Prepare and monitor the implementation of the Project HSSE Plan.
Oversee the implementation of the Safety Policy and advise management on the adequacy and effectiveness of the HSSE Management System within the project.
Implement internal and external project HSSE audits, conduct site visits, and compliance audits as per the approved audit schedule.
Control and monitor follow-up actions resulting from safety audits for the project.
Assess Suppliers and Subcontractors’ HSSE Management Systems and performance.
Conduct root cause analyses for incidents/accidents.
Report HSSE performance weekly and monthly to project management and the client.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree.
Experience working on FLNG and FPSO construction projects.
15-18 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects, with significant experience as an HSE Manager in the marine sector
Possess prior work experience in the upstream Oil and Gas sector, with a good understanding of project phases, milestones, deliverables, and interfaces.
Relevant qualifications and certifications in HSE management.
Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a team.
Experience in an asset management environment ensuring compliance with HSE objectives.
