Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring that all projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering department.

This role requires good organizational/coordination skills and management of the engineering team. Direct contact with the client, contractors and vendors will be necessary. The core responsibility of the Engineering Manager is to prepare, manage and maintain the engineering plan including budget, contracting strategy and schedule.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in a technical subject
• Experienced as Engineering Manager on FPSO or Topside Platform projects
• Possess technical knowledge on discipline-specific codes and standards, Classification Society Rules and be able to converse effectively with experts of all disciplines.
• Good working knowledge of FPSO equipment packages and systems is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
