• Salary up to SGD$3,500 Basic Fixed AWS Variable Bonuses

• Monday to Friday, office hours

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate & coordinate company visit from schools, government agencies & business partners
• Maintain calendar of scheduled visits & events
• Provide admin support for comany events
• Support in the development & upkeep of company materials such as brochures & event related collateral.
• General office admin duties

Requirement:

• Degree/ Diploma
• Prior administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Event coorindaion experience is an advantage
• Experience in photography, graphic design or video production is an advantage
• Graduate with no experience welcome to apply
• Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
