CONTRACT MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION

• Working location: Central

• Reputable Construction company

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring project is within Budget.
• Monitoring of cash flow (Cash In /Cash Out).
• Able to manage Client’s expectation.
• Negotiating Subcontracts.
• Monitoring of subcontractors to ensure compliance and meeting project timelines.
• Drafting contractual correspondence.
• Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with subcontractors and suppliers including managing contract enquiries, issues, disputes, variations and finalization of accounts.
• Timely finalization of accounts with Clients and Subcontractors.
• Ability to identify continuous improvement and innovation opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work to achieve goals and deadlines.
• Filling of Insurance Claim/ EOT Claims.
• Cost economics knowledge is essentials

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 4 years of experience in construction.
• Proficient in Chinese to coordinate with Chinese speaking counterparts
