Test Analyst – TAP T24

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Test Analyst with expertise in TAP T24 to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of TAP Core Wealth applications through meticulous testing, issue tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, influence product quality, and contribute to a highly visible digital transformation in the banking and wealth management domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users to gather and understand user requirements related to TAP Core Wealth.
• Work closely with product, design, and tech teams to comprehend new features and plan test scenarios and execution schedules accordingly.
• Create detailed test cases and execute end-to-end testing, ensuring timely delivery across release cycles.
• Analyze test results, identify, log, and prioritize defects for resolution by the tech team.
• Perform regression testing to ensure continued functionality of existing features.
• Provide regular updates on test progress, open issues, defect status, and risk assessments to the Product and UAT Team Lead.
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to the test automation strategy and support cross-platform UAT when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a testing role, preferably within TAP.
• Hands-on experience in UAT for digital or client-facing platforms.
• Strong experience with JIRA and familiarity with Agile principles.
• Domain knowledge in banking and wealth management is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience in test automation and writing user stories with acceptance criteria is a plus.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
