Core Network Solution Manager

Responsibilities:

• Presale support including quote, network design, proposal, pre-sales testing support, etc.

• Responsible for organize, reply, clarification the tender/bidding.

• Establish and maintain good customer relationship; seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with key service provider accounts.

• Collect and analyse all marketing information to complete market insight and ensure product competitiveness.

• Manage all activities and coordinate between client and service provider accounts; produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations

• Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure that these requirements are implemented in the products.

• Create co-operative business plans with service providers and their partners, help to define new business models and support product features.

• Identify, quantify and recommend action plan to address new business opportunities according to overall strategy.

• To communicate with Chinese speaking officers and work closely with the China HQ team directly.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering/ Telecommunication/ IT or equivalent qualification.

• Good knowledge in the fields of Core Network including: 5G, IMS, VoLTE, RCS and UC.

• Good understanding of customers’ needs in order to design the desired solution.

• At least 5 years of related product technical pre-sales working experience in ICT industry.

• With tender/bidding project experience.

• With proven ability to partner with service providers and develop new business models for service subscribers using new technologies.

• With proven ability to manage customer accounts in cooperation with Sales management& proven record of sales target.

• Detailed knowledge of carrier business models and service management strategies.

• Excellent collaboration skills with different levels of people & dept (Product Management, Engineering, Marketing).

• Creative and with good problem solving skill.

• A result oriented person and willing to accept new challenges.

• Knowledge of Mandarin is essential to communicate with Chinese Officers and work closely with the China HQ team directly.
