Salary Range: $3000 - $3800 (depending on experiences)
Job Purpose
To facilitate policyholders’, distribution representatives’ and business partners’ email queries on our product and services which will contribute to the overall positive customer experience with the company.

Requirements
‘A’ Levels and preferably possessed professional certification in Insurance (i.e. M9, M5 and CHI);
3 years’ experience in customer servicing role (Life Insurance) - Preferred & not a MUST have.
