Infrastructure Support Specialist (Night Shift)

Job Purpose:
Deliver reliable overnight IT support to internal users across systems, networks, and hardware.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level IT support for systems, devices, and network connectivity issues in Tampines office.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WiFi, network outages, and basic switch/router issues under Level 1.5 support scope.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, printers, and infrastructure equipment.
• Support senior team members in testing new systems and training users during hyper-care phases.
• Help manage IT assets, perform audits, and ensure updates are aligned with compliance policies.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT or a related discipline with relevant hands-on experience.
• Minimum 3 years in IT support, covering hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiar with SAP, Oracle apps, MySQL, or similar enterprise systems preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on night shifts.
• Experience in manufacturing, infrastructure support, or shop floor systems is a plus.

The successful IT Support Engineer must possess strong hands-on experience in hardware, network, and systems support, especially in fast-paced environments like manufacturing or logistics.
