Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and implementing internal business systems and workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure new systems meet operational needs and compliance.
• Support testing, training, and rollout of internal applications across departments.
• Review and manage user requests for software changes or improvements.
• Deliver user support, training, and ongoing improvements post-system launch.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2 years’ experience using SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA required.
• Understanding of business processes and operational workflows is essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain tech to non-tech users.
• Detail-focused, proactive, and motivated to drive process improvements.
