Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients and drive business growth through direct market expansion, referrals, and building strategic visibility in the industry while effectively managing a portfolio of high-value clients to enhance engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their key consulting and talent management needs, offering innovative and customized solutions to address their business challenges.
• Promote and drive awareness of HR Consulting, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Career Transition, HR Assessments, HR Training, as well as Executive Coaching and HR Technology solutions.
• Address client needs, inquiries, and business opportunities in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and create action plans to capitalize on them.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet forecasted targets and ensure successful delivery of new projects.
• Ensure pricing strategies align with established guidelines while considering opportunities for contract renewals and RFP negotiations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• 5 years of working experience in consulting sales
• Possess excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
• Highly driven and self-motivated
