Responsibilities:
Acquire new clients and drive business growth through direct market expansion, referrals, and building strategic visibility in the industry while effectively managing a portfolio of high-value clients to enhance engagement and retention.
Collaborate with clients to understand their key consulting and talent management needs, offering innovative and customized solutions to address their business challenges.
Promote and drive awareness of HR Consulting, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Career Transition, HR Assessments, HR Training, as well as Executive Coaching and HR Technology solutions.
Address client needs, inquiries, and business opportunities in a timely and effective manner.
Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and create action plans to capitalize on them.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet forecasted targets and ensure successful delivery of new projects.
Ensure pricing strategies align with established guidelines while considering opportunities for contract renewals and RFP negotiations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline
5 years of working experience in consulting sales
Possess excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
Highly driven and self-motivated
