Service Engineer

1. Lead a service team and responsible for planning of maintenance regime,

2. Possess general knowledge of electrical and mechanical (M&E) installations in Commercial Buildings,

3. Be the interface with clients and attend all meetings with building owner & tenants,

4. Provide technical advice and resolutions on general issues of M&E installation in Buildings,

5. Provide technical advice and assistance on all maintenance functions for mechanical equipment,

6. Prepare quotation for adhoc tenancy activities,

7. Possess customer-service mind-set
