Operations Executive (Facilities Management)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day cleaning and pest control operations, ensuring on-time delivery of services that meet company and clients’ standards.
• Manage cleaners and pest control technicians for efficient service delivery, including manpower and resource allocation, scheduling, attendance taking etc.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to perform at their best and adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
• Conduct checks and safety risk assessments to ensure all operations are compliant with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Resolve all matters/incidents on site, e.g., conflict management and service recovery, preparation of incident reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries/complaints and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Develop pest control plans tailored to clients’ needs, advising them on best practices to prevent future occurrences.
• Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and servicing/maintenance of equipment.
• Track and report on service performance and financials.
• Other duties/projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or related field.
• Must have valid Class 3/3A driving license.
• Prior experience and knowledge in pest control is preferred.
• A valid NEA Vector Control Technician Licence will be advantageous.
• Must be able to work on weekends / be on call.
• Physically fit and willing to get your hands dirty.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management, able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, able to work well both independently and in a team.
