Field Service Technician [Class 3 License | West] RRKC

Job Highlights:

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide daily technical on-site & remote support to customers, including 24/7 support.
• Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical feed and monitoring equipment.
• Assist with new customer applications and account acquisition.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct chemistry tests, log data, and maintain product inventory at customer sites.
• Analyze systems, interpret data, and recommend solutions for optimal operations.
• Ensure safety compliance, including vehicle operations and hazardous materials handling.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support/field service support or similar function.
• Has valid Class 3/3A driving license.
• Comfortable with lifting up to 20kg and working in outdoor environments.
