Job Responsibilities
Achievement in qualified crew recruitment and placement in RCL fleet
Achievement in serving the numbers of crew requirement for all ship types under management
Achievement in retaining capable crew in our fleet
Achievement in crew administration concerning document and certificate
Achievement in efficient management of crew’s certificates, information, reports and document in filing system and BASS HRM
Achievement in efficient management of ship's trading certificate and related document in filing system
Achievement in smooth cooperation with all parties involved in new vessel registration, mortgage, sale change of flag, etc
Job Requirement
Requirements
Diploma holder in related field
At least 1 year of relevant working experience
Strong communication skills
Team player with a collaborative mindset
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
