We are hiring a HR Executive Assistant to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organisations.

Job scope:

• Provide administrative support on recruitment matters
• Collate, verify and ensure documents are duly signed and highlight on exceptional remarks
• Perform P-filed maintenance, ensure documents are duly signed, named and filed correctly.
• P-file candidate documents related to recruitment process.
• Perform sanity/sample checks on p-file
• Provide liaison on new hires on-boarding with internal and external customers.
• Liaise, schedule and attend to queries on pre-employment medical check-up
• Adhoc duties as per assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in processing of HR records / data
