Requirements:
Must have HR Shared Services Experience (role involves WICA, Leave, Benefits Administration)
Minimum Diploma in any relevant field
Responsibilities:
路 Work Injury Compensation Claims
o Handles the full cycle of Work Injury Claims
o Liaise with both internal (staff, supervisor) and external stakeholders (insurance, MOM, clinics) for case assessment
o Ensure timely and accurate submission and resolution of claims while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements
o Administer WICA related medical bills, leave and salary information
o Compile quarterly work injury statistics
路 Government Paid Leave
o Support on government paid leave submission
o Generate report to identify eligible cases for claim submission
o Monitor reimbursement notification received and be accountable to update the amount in the Leave system
o Assist employees with inquiries related to paid leave eligibility.
路 Employee Benefits Administration
o Administer employee benefits programs
o File applicable inpatient claims with insurance company
o Work with relevant parties on claims/medical billing matters
o Assist employees with inquiries related to Flexibles
路 Assists with ad hoc administration of human resources operations.
Office hours 5 days
Salary: Up to 3.5k (depending on experience)
