12 Months Contact Account Executive (up to $4K) #NKC

Location: Alexanda Rd

• Accounts Receivable (AR):
  Handle sales invoicing and customer account reconciliation.
  Monitor overdue payments, follow up on collections, and process credit notes/refunds.
  Work with internal teams to resolve billing issues.
• Accounts Payable (AP):
  Process supplier payments (electronic, GIRO, cheques).
  Reconcile supplier accounts and manage credit balances.
  Prepare Banker’s Guarantees and Letters of Credit.
• Intercompany Transactions:
  Manage intercompany billings and monthly reconciliations.
  Work with group finance to resolve differences and support consolidation.
• Cashflow & Banking:
  Handle banking-related queries from internal and external parties.
• Payroll Accounting:
  Prepare payroll journal entries and ensure accurate recording.
  Support commission payments.
• Process Improvements & Compliance:
  Suggest improvements for AR/AP processes and support internal controls.
• Other Duties:
  Serve as a main contact for AR/AP matters and assist with ad hoc tasks.
