Job Posting for Sales Admin #HMST at RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD

Location: Henderson Industrial Park


12 months contract

Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm


Salary: UP to 3.5k


Job Description

  • Assist Sales Team with administrative matters.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties & sales related support
  • Preparing and submitting Listing Forms & Promotional Forms on a timely manner
  • Working closely with sales personnel and providing them with updates when necessary
  • Maintain proper documentations & stocktaking
  • Result Oriented and able to take pressure
  • Work closely with internal cross function team to ensure smooth delivery
  • Work closely with Key Account Manager to ensure promotions are plan and executed timely with respective channels


Requirements:

Must be confident to handle >100 invoices daily
