Senior Engineer (Building) – Facility Management #HHLT

Salary: up to $6000
Location: Central
Working hours: 5 days office hours

Roles and responsibilities:
• Responsible for the operation, maintenance, modification and replacement works of the hospital facilities, M&E services and non-clinical equipment.

• Make building systems functional and serviceable at all times.
• To audit and monitor the standards of maintenance services standards
• Oversees and coordinates improvements projects to the hospital services and facilities
• Recommending system condemnation and replacements as needed and necessary.
• Prepares technical specifications and drawings for system improvements and draft cost estimates and work schedule
• Oversees outsourced maintenance team safety practice and work conduct
• Ensure prompt service recovery for any breakdown of equipment and systems to minimize disruption to hospital service operations.
• To raise/prepare works requisition for Breakdown and replacement works.
• Assists and supports the FSM in fire and training matters and in Security Planning and Preparedness matters.
• Enforcement of House Rules and conduct random inspection of work sites.
• To support and facilitate campus infrastrucuture development works as needed

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
• Min 5 years’ experience in managing M&E services in a healthcare setting
