Job Description :

This role involves working with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and system quality. Responsibilities include conducting gap analysis, liaising with vendors and IT for project implementation and support, and providing training and technical support for existing systems. The position also supports system development, migration, and retirement, assists with new application projects, conducts testing, and creates reports. Additionally, the role simplifies complex issues for non-technical audiences.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor of Computer Science, Business Analytics or equivalent
• At least 3 to 5 years of work experiences in project, vendor and/or incident management.
• Good knowledge in software development lifecycle.
• Proficient in SQL, MS Excel and MS Access.
• Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills to various stakeholders.
