Sales Manager ( Basic + Comms )

Work Location : Islandwide

Working Hours :

• 5.5 Day Work Week ( Alternate 6 day work week , Weekdays 11am to 8pm or 12pm to 9pm , Weekends 10am to 7pm )

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead the Outlet Team in achieving Outlet Sales Target
• Achieve Personal Sales Target
• Evaluate progress against Sales Target, identify and implement the solutions
• Responsible for daily outlet operations such as handling of customer
  complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance & coaching to staff, outlet
  paper works, etc
• Responsible in managing Outlet Personnel Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage Outlet Human Resources responsibilities (inclusive Annual Leaves,
  Shifts)
• Train, mentor and coach outlet staff to develop and maximize their
  performance

Job Requirements :

• Min 3 years in Beauty Industry
• Willing to work on weekends
• Customer Service oriented
