Job Posting for Senior / Client Service Associate (contract; healthcare call centre environment in east) at RECRUIT INC PRIVATE LIMITED
Help connect with those in need! You will be part of a team in a contact centre environment. Step-by-step guidance and support will be provided for you to handle the call management system and how to communicate with the clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct telephone engagements in a timely manner, check-in and assess our clients who are seniors if there’s any changes to their health and social circumstances, identifying their needs and providing the right information.
Identify and escalate cases to senior colleagues.
Maintain a professional level of care and service.
Conduct administrative tasks and ensure client needs are followed through.
Key Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualifications.
1-year of contact centre / eldercare experience an advantage.
Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
Basic level of English language skills (verbal/written).
Proficient in Mandarin/Chinese language to communicate with seniors who are not conversant in English.
Good computer skills, able to handle in-house call management system.
Able to handle 12-hour shift work (2 days work, 2 days rest).
