Clinic Receptionist [ UP TO $3500 | CENTRAL ]

Our client is an Orthopaedic clinic in Singapore.

• Salary: $2500 - $3500 (AWS VB depending on performances)
• Working Days and Hours: 5.5 working days. Mon to Fri: 830am - 530pm, Saturday: 9am -1pm
• Location: Gleneagles Medical Centre(Near Napier MRT / Central Area)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Meet and greet patients at the front counter.
• Register patients, book and coordinate appointments.
• Perform administrative tasks including arranging laboratory investigations, diagnostic procedures, booking surgical procedures, coordinating with operating theatres and arranging ward admissions.
• Answer telephone and email enquiries.
• Assist the doctor in clinic.
• Manage billing and collecting payment.
• Manage insurance related claims and paperwork.
• Manage orders and maintain inventories of supplies to support day-to-day clinical and administrative operations.
• Any miscellaneous duties for the operational running of clinic e.g. general cleanliness.
