HR Training & Development Manager (Hospitality)

Our client is from hospitality industry, a local leading player. They are looking for a HR Training & Development Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in Central - easily accessible.

Duties of HR Training & Development Manager:

• Conduct onboarding programs and service excellence training, ensuring new hires embrace the hotel's values, service expectations, and compliance requirements.
• Develop personalized learning plans to enhance employees' competencies, including specialized English courses for non-native speakers to improve communication.
• Coordinate training workshops on guest service, workplace safety, and regulatory standards, collaborating with industry professionals for specialized certifications.
• Continuously assess training effectiveness through key performance metrics and feedback, implementing improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Work closely with department leaders to identify skill gaps, nurture high-potential employees, and facilitate career growth through structured development programs and cross-functional exposure.
• Manage internship initiatives in partnership with local universities and actively participate in recruitment efforts to attract emerging talent.
• Oversee the training budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources while maintaining high-quality program delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of L&D experience in hospitality Industry.
• Prior experience in HR operations.
