Logistics Assistant (Warehouse Distribution)

Our client is a global US MNC in the IT industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Logistics Assistant be part of their Logistics Team for ongoing transformation projects.

Duties of Logistics Assistant:

• Assist with daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and stock management.
• Maintain high accuracy in receiving, picking, and Warehouse Management System (e.g., SAP) processes.
• Monitor and respond to emails and handle general inquiries efficiently.
• Sort and organize inventory in line with established procedures.
• Provide administrative support, including document filing, scanning, and retrieval (e.g., PODs, invoices).
• Conduct regular stock-taking and cycle counting as assigned.
• Ensure punctuality and commitment, including availability for overtime when needed.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Relevant logistics experience
• Able to lift heavy objects
