Career Opportunities: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Business Planning (827)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform financial and statistical data analysis of RWS business to identify trends and opportunities and develop recommended solutions for implementation by the relevant BUs
• Prepare financial / operational forecasting, including but not limited to cash flow projections to facilitate decision-making by the relevant BUs
• Conduct market research and competitor intelligence survey
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting for management and BUs
• Perform business intelligence analysis and benchmarking study for continuous improvement of RWS products, services, processes, productivity, and yield
• Communicate and/or present findings, recommendations in a clear, concise manner to management and stakeholders

Job Requirements

• University degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance or other related fields
• Minimum 2-4 years of financial and business analysis experience in Business Planning / FP&A / similar field, experience / Background in Hospitality an added advantage
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis, qualitative research, and financial modelling using Excel
• Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to derive actionable insights from large data sets and/or information
• Excellent presentation skills, including strong report-writing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience managing various stakeholders, internal and external
• Experience in or familiarity to data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI highly appreciated
