SAP BASIS ADMINISTRTAION S4 HANA

• Strong conceptual understanding & Knowledge on the RDBMS products in the market.
• Around 10 years experience in Database adminsatration in global operations team primarily on SAP HANA and ASE Database platforms.
• Exposure to automation tools /Scripting process.
• Database Installations and upgrade, planning setup and implemenation.
• Providing technical expertise and support in optimizing tuning of systems performance optimization.
• DB concept of security, backup , recovery startegies, performance tuning system copies, High Availability and Disaster recovery strategy, Eport import replication is a must.
• Organize structure day2day documentaion as needed
• Willingness to take on call duty /weekend. tasks during working hours on shift and rotation.
• KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitoring and managing SAP DATABASE landscape in large scale production environment.
• Must have good knowledge of policy, workflow,group and clients for configuring the backup
• Ebsuring the data integrity aspects, and determing the most suitable recovery technique.
• Ability to handle effectively , the data recovery scenarios
• clear understanding of PIT Point - In - Time and full recovery techniques
• Handle incidents around critical systems, and ability to fallover & Failback as needed

good to have cloud knowledge, AZure, AWS, GCP, good to have certifications in DBA SAP and cloud, PMP ITIL.
