Business Development Executive

• Basic Salary with Commission pay package

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify new business opportunities and target clients across key industries through cold and eventual warm calls.
• Build strong relationships with HR decision-makers and hiring managers
• Pitch recruitment services (permanent/contract/temp) tailored to client needs
• Prepare client proposals, rate cards, and service agreements
• Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process
• Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure high service standards
• Maintain CRM/database of leads, prospects, and active clients
