• Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service
• Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries
• Greet and direct guest to designated reserved table
• Record orders, serve food and beverages
• Input orders into POS system
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Ability ti wirk unsupervised and produce quality work
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Ensure a neat and tidy appearance
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
• Comfortable with handling alcoholic beverages and night life
