Assistant Manager (Ambulatory & Clinical Operations)

🔍 Looking for candidates with experience in Ambulatory or Clinical Operations!

• Immediate - Mar 2026 (Contract)
• Basic up to $5,000 per month AWS PB
• Telok Blangah MRT
• Mon - Fri, office hours

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Clinical HODs and stakeholders to plan, develop, and roll out new care models and clinical services within assigned programmes or departments.
2. Ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement of clinical services across inpatient and outpatient settings by coordinating with internal and external partners.
3. Oversee various aspects of clinical operations support, including project and workflow management, IT systems, financial assessments, data analysis, procurement, event logistics, and administrative duties.
4. Communicate and implement hospital and departmental visions, strategies, and business plans to ensure alignment and goal achievement across relevant teams.
5. Promote interdisciplinary collaboration, customer satisfaction, and performance monitoring, while driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring resource adequacy in line with financial objectives.

Requirements

• Possesses a Bachelor's or Postgraduate Degree in Healthcare-related disciplines, with 3 to 5 years of working experience in healthcare or service industry.
• Proficient in SAP, EPIC and MS Office applications such as Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Independent worker, with strong initiative and self-motivation.
