As associate Project Manager at Corporate IT, you will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of IT infrastructure projects to ensure that goals or objectives of the project are accomplished on time and in accordance with the business requirements.
Job Description:
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
Translate business IT requirements to technical requirements and work with the technical team to develop comprehensive infrastructure project proposals
Define project scope, allocate resources, establish timelines, and assign roles and responsibilities to stakeholders
Lead project execution, closely monitor progress, and provide timely updates to key stakeholders
Proactively identify and address project issues, and explore viable alternatives in a timely manner
Continuously identify areas for improvement, and apply lessons learned in future projects
Ensure thorough testing and full UAT acceptance from key project stakeholders
Facilitate a seamless handover to the operation team
Develop and maintain high-quality project documentations
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree of IT or business discipline, or background in technology environment delivering solutions or projects
Experience with small to medium scale infrastructure project in network, system and security domains
Strong stakeholder management capabilities and strategic mindset to advise and manage internal and external partners
Result oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment and able to face urgent requests with clear mindset of processes
Excellent reporting and documentation skills to ensure timely, clear, and concise information flow among all stakeholders
Experienced with regional projects is an advantage
