It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. Job Description:
Responsible for Singapore Team Product lines that improve user experience (buyers / sellers / internal stakeholders)
Provide corresponding product solution/support. Responsible for overseeing the whole product cycle (planning, researching, designing, developing, implementing and post-analysis) of Singapore e-Commerce products. Apply agile methodology, conduct data analysis, and prioritise requirements accordingly
Engage internal stakeholders, build up domain expertise to understand business requirements, and identify strategic opportunities
Focus on centralising all product-related requests from all fronts of Singapore departments and putting them into well-written business requirement documents (BRDs)
Coordinate with other Product Managers to ensure proper product design can fulfil business requirements. Prepare and conduct necessary tests
Manage feature rollout closely with business with training, deployment planning, day-to-day support, feedback gathering and more
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Business Analysis, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field with system knowledge
1-5 years of product design or project management experience
Strong in logic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to handle complex system requests
Good understanding of e-Commerce markets, competition, and customers
Strong ownership, with a self-start mindset, and willingness to learn. Bias towards actions and getting things done independently
Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable working with ambiguity and change. Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously
Effectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writing
