Executive, CCP (Operations)

SBF’s SBI is the Programme Manager for at least 6 Career Conversion Programmes. Under these programmes, SBI’s role is to market and manage the end-to-end operation processes of the Career Conversion Programmes (CCPs).

For this role, she/he will assist in the claim processing, disbursement and operations for all the Career Conversion Programmes (CCPs).

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation processes for CCPs
  • Issuance of Letter of Offer (LOO) to companies
    • Follow up on signed acceptance of LOO
    • Update tracking list
  • Trainee Management
    • Monitor trainees' progress on their OJT
    • Follow up and update trainees' status regularly
    • Address queries from trainees and companies
  • Quarterly Claim Processing
    • Gather and check supporting documents for claims
    • Follow up with companies if the documentation is not complete
    • Compilation of claims to be submitted to WSG for approval
    • Ensure proper tracking of the number of companies and participants for each claim
    • Ensure timely disbursement of claims to companies via Netsuite
• Other administrative matters related to the programme.
