The prospect is expected to support the development and implementation of comprehensive future readiness assessment frameworks that enables businesses to evaluate their preparedness for emerging trends and technologies, fostering strategic transformation and resilience in a rapidly evolving landscape. The prospect is also expected to support the planning and execution of key strategic projects, as well as research, advocacy and policy workstreams, fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders in both the public and private sectors to align with organisational objectives and enhance the future-readiness of businesses in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities
Support the design and execution of robust methodologies for future readiness projects, which include the development of future readiness assessment tools and frameworks.
Establish systematic data collection and analysis processes for various initiatives related to business future readiness, policy and research, and organising comprehensive documentation to support project development and implementation.
Research emerging trends and technologies affecting business future readiness, integrating findings into ongoing and new initiatives.
Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights on business future readiness and other areas of business concerns. Thereafter, prepare executive presentations and reports to effectively communicate findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Support in the facilitation of knowledge transfer and training sessions on future readiness concepts and tools, coordinating logistics and preparing materials to support effective dissemination of information, including coordinating with internal partners to exchange and verify data.
Provide support in discussions, committees and forums related to business future readiness, managing administrative and secretariat arrangements and preparing briefing materials to support effective engagement.
Create technical guidelines and documentation for strategic projects, drafting clear communication materials for various audiences, including executives, partners, and end-users.
Screen and prioritise incoming queries related to future readiness projects, ensuring timely responses and escalating critical matters to appropriate decision-makers.
Coordinate with external partners and manage executive calendars to facilitate critical meetings to discuss improvements and strategic direction.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business strategy, innovation management, or related fields, with a track record of managing projects.
Proven ability to provide high-level administrative support in a strategic or research-oriented environment
Background in data analysis, project management, and technical writing
Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software
Experience in strategic planning and implementation
Excellent skills in developing presentations and reports
Organisational and multitasking abilities
Good communication skills, able to translate complex concepts for various audiences
Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
Adaptable problem-solving approach to address both strategic and administrative challenges
Experience in roles combining strategic expertise with executive support responsibilities
