Job Description

As a QS Intern, you will support the QS team in cost estimation, contract administration, and project budgeting for interior fit-out projects. This internship will provide exposure to tendering processes, cost control, and project financials.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing cost estimates and quotations for projects.

• Support tender documentation and submission.

• Conduct market research on material costs and subcontractor rates.

• Help track project expenses and monitor budget adherence.

• Assist in contract administration and progress claims.

• Collaborate with the site team to assess project costs.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

• Good numerical and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and costing software is a plus.

• Interest in interior fit-out, construction, or related industries.
