Community Associate (Workstation) (On-Site)
Job Purpose
The candidate will report to the Manager of Centre Operations.
The shortlisted candidate will be a main point of contact for all our members, with the goal of delivering a strong community spirit, through operational excellence, while ensuring the office maintains high occupancy.
Candidate must ensure that he/she complies with all SMRT group policies, processes, procedures, guidelines, manuals, and code of conduct.
Responsibilities
Centre Operations & Customer Service
Ensure the office is maintained in a clean and defect free condition at all times, by conducting daily walkthroughs of the office to identify areas for improvement and maintenance
Work together with the Centre Manager in rolling out best practices and process improvement to benefit service efficiency and members’ experience
Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction to all existing and potential customers.
Ensure a warm welcome and fond farewell for all members and visitors to the office
Manage all walk-in(s) and any queries coming in through the office
Encourage participation and use of the Staytion platform
Manage members and office mail and packages.
Create a Conducive Community
Conduct office tours and upsell space to prospective members according to their needs
Ensure all follow-up and communications are responded to professionally and within the timeframe given as per company standards
Refer prospective or existing members to the Sales team based on their specific needs
Qualifications & Work Experience
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Have prior experience in a sales or business development related role (preferably in co-working)
Gets excited about working with numerous people across cultures day to day
Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
Demonstrate integrity, responsibility, and good work ethics
Proficient in basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong capability to prioritise, multi-task, delegate and work effectively with minimal supervision.
Ability to consistently meet deadlines
Self-directed with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude
