Job Purpose
The Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting Stellar Ace’s Sales team by delivering strategic partnership support, co-developing sales materials, and enhancing pitch effectiveness to unlock new business opportunities. This role is central in enabling the team to secure, grow, and retain valuable brand and media partnerships across the Stellar Lifestyle and Stellar Ace portfolio.
The ideal candidate will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to develop impactful partnership strategies, customized pitch decks, and tailored sales packages. In addition, this individual will leverage product knowledge and market research to differentiate Stellar Ace’s offerings in a competitive landscape.
Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills are essential to this role, as is the ability to translate complex product information into compelling, market-ready proposals and partnership narratives.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with the Sales team to develop customized sales materials, proposals, and pitch decks that align with partner objectives and drive conversions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Data) to package offerings into compelling partnership solutions across various media assets.
Support the execution of partnership-driven marketing plans, ensuring alignment with overall business development goals.
Assist in identifying new partnership opportunities and business segments through research and analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor offerings.
Develop pricing strategies, bundling options, and partnership benefits that meet both partner and organizational goals.
Ensure all partner-facing communication reflects brand values and delivers clear, impactful messaging through both digital and physical touchpoints.
Help coordinate partnership activation campaigns, events, and engagement initiatives to bring collaborations to life.
Monitor, track, and report on partnership performance and campaign ROI to inform future strategy.
Manage internal timelines and ensure that all deliverables tied to partnership development are met on time and within budget.
Qualifications & Work Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in a partnerships, sales support, or marketing role.
Experience working in a fast-paced sales or media environment, preferably with exposure to both digital and offline channels.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience interfacing with clients, internal stakeholders, and senior executives.
Ability to craft compelling sales narratives and tailor proposals to partner objectives.
Familiarity with media pricing, bundling, and performance reporting.
Background in media, digital marketing, or integrated brand campaigns will be advantageous.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
