Job Summary
- We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual to lead the Bank's overall coaching and leadership data analysis, transforming data into actionable insights and recommendations that drive coaching and leadership effectiveness across the organisation
- The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to shape and drive coaching and leadership initiatives aligned with the Bank's strategic goals and organisational culture
- The ideal candidate is highly analytical, resilience and capable of working independently under pressure to deliver results. While experiences in coaching and programme management are preferred, strong data analytical skills to analyse data, identify trends and make strategic recommendations are essential for success in this role
Strategy
Coaching Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the coaching agenda, overseeing the design delivery and continuous improvement of coaching offerings across the Bank, with a focus on high-impact areas aligned with strategic priorities
- Enhance the strategic value of coaching by embedding it into key moments of the employee lifecycle (e.g. new PL, promotion, etc) to maximise impact
Leadership Analytics Responsibilities
- Support the Head, Leadership Capability to identify high impact areas from data analysis to make strategic decisions in shaping and guiding leadership and coaching efforts across the organisation.
Business
Coaching Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align coaching initiatives with evolving organisational priorities and business needs
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in coaching to ensure our offerings maintain a competitive edge and relevance
Leadership Analytics Responsibilities
- Collect and analyse various data, translating findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations that drive leadership and coaching effectiveness aligned with business priorities
- Work with key stakeholders within and beyond HR to integrate and deliver leadership and coaching initiatives that address business needs and priorities - driven by data
Processes
Coaching Responsibilities:
- Track and measure the effectiveness of coaching offerings, ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes. Continuously refine processes, tools and methodologies.
Leadership Analytics Responsibilities
- Build metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of leadership offerings
- Support the Head of Leadership Capability in enhancing the use of leadership data at key decision making moments
People and Talent
Coaching Responsibilities
- Enhance the strategic value of coaching by embedding it into key moments of the employee lifecycle (e.g. new PL, promotion, etc) to maximize impact
- Manage the communications and engagement with internal coaches and coaching clients, gathering feedback and ensuring quality and effectiveness
Leadership Analytics Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the People Capability team to define and revamp leadership learning programmes based on insights from programme effectiveness measurement
- Work closely with the Talent team to integrate leadership data and coaching offerings into talent identification and development
Risk Management
- Identify, assess and prioritise risks associated with the coaching and leadership offerings
- Monitor ongoing coaching and leadership activities to detect and address any emerging risks promptly
- Collaborate with HR, legal and compliance teams to manage and resolve any risk-related issues that arise
Governance
- Implement consistent procedures for documentation, reporting and auditing coaching activities to maintain transparency and accountability
- Manage relationships with preferred coaching suppliers, adhering to Group Standards and oversee budgets and financials for coaching offerings
- Ensure coaching programmes adhere to ethical guidelines , fostering a culture of integrity and professionalism across the organisation
- Lead the annual effectiveness review of the People Leaders Standards and ensure this remains relevant, updated and aligned with group governance standards
Regulatory & Business Conduct
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across SCB. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct

Our Ideal Candidate
- 7 years experience in a Banking setup
- Strong prior experience in data analytics and coaching
