Consultant / Client Support Specialist/ Bids Specialist

Responsibilities

• Works on deals assigned by the business development team and supports the pursue and bids process
• Handle technical solution to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ solutions.
• Work with Stakeholders and Clients.
• Work closely with internal sales, sales support (including with regional & global product team), and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements
• Provide Consultation and Support on Technical Requirements.
• Involved in RFI/RFP Business Requirements into technical proposals
• Handle product solution delivery standards, regulatory, business, user, functional and non-functional requirements.

Requirements

• Strong in providing Consultation and Support on Technical Requirements.
• Working experience with Non-Defence government agencies and Enterprises Clients.
• Strong in handling RFI/ RFP.
• Demonstrated good clients/ stakeholder management.
• Good in handling Government related Bids and Tenders.
• Degree in related field
• Minimum 4 years of Technical Solutions, Consulting and Bids & Tender experience.
• Possess good Consulting/ Government related domain knowledge.
• Good stakeholder management and influencing skills .
