Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Solar Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving residential solar system sales by engaging directly with homeowners, understanding their energy needs, and providing them with tailored solar energy solutions. You will combine technical expertise with strong sales abilities to promote the benefits of solar technology, educate customers about the advantages of renewable energy, and guide them through the purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and target residential customers through various sales channels including inbound inquiries, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct site assessments to evaluate solar energy potential for residential properties.
  • Provide customized solar solutions based on the homeowner’s energy needs, budget, and roof structure.
• Customer Relationship Management:
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring post-sale satisfaction and customer referrals.
  • Address customer concerns, questions, and objections promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of competitors’ offerings and market trends to stay competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).
• 1 years of experience in sales or engineering roles, fresh-grads are welcomed to apply
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suit
• A passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
