Job Title: Solar Worker

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation:
  Install solar panels on rooftops or other suitable locations.
  Connect solar panels to electrical systems.
  Ensure all installations meet industry standards and regulations.
• Maintenance and Repair:
  Perform regular maintenance on solar panels and related equipment.
  Diagnose and repair any issues with solar systems to ensure optimal performance.
  Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Safety and Compliance:
  Follow all safety procedures and guidelines during installation and maintenance.
  Conduct site assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure safe working conditions.
  Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and building standards.
• Customer Interaction:
  Provide technical explanations to clients on how to use and maintain their solar systems.
  Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding solar installations and maintenance.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
  Prepare and submit reports on project progress, materials used, and any issues encountered.

Requirements:

• BCSS, mwah, lifting supervisor, rigger & signal men, forklift license, electrical works related licences.
• Certification in photovoltaic (PV) systems installation is preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in solar installation or a related field.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and solar technology.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
