Electronics Assistant Engineer / Engineer @Tuas (with SHUTTLE SERVICE)

- 1 Year Contract (Renewable)

- Up to $3,800

- Tuas

- With AWS Variable Bonus

- Monday to Friday (8am to 5.30pm)

Responsibilities:

• To perform troubleshooting, installation/removal, modifications, maintenance and repair on designated equipment either on shore or on-board vessels
• Indent or sourcing for spares and consumables
• Responding to RFQs
• Providing service reports
• Performing administrative closure of jobs
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Period:

• 1 Year Contract (Renewable)

Location:

• Changi / Tuas
• Shuttle Service to and from Tuas Naval Base at Joo Koon MRT (AM and PM)
• Shuttle Service to and from Changi Naval Base at Simei and Tanah Merah MRT (AM and PM)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday (8am to 5.30pm)

Salary:

• Basic Salary up to $3,800 (Depending on experience and qualification)
• Plus AWS
• VB (Subjected to individual and company performance)

Requirements:

• ITE or diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in navigation & radar equipment troubleshooting and servicing
• A good team player who is hands-on and meticulous
• Able to read and interpret schematics and tech drawings will be an advantage
• Able to perform field work on-board vessels and ship yard
• Able to carry out testing, repair and inspection of the below list of equipment will have an added advantage:ECDIS System
  Radar system
  Speed log equipment
  Echo sounder equipment
  Transmitting magnetic compass system
