Night Residential Care Worker [Northeast]

Job Responsibilities:

Supervising residents daily, managing their welfare, discipline, and adherence to institution standards.

Providing support during emergency situations.

Implementing Trauma-informed practices in daily interactions.

Ensuring the safety and security of premises through body and property checks, security patrols, dormitory inspections, and conducting urine tests when necessary.

Managing and addressing the daily living needs of residents in the Hostel.

Establishing positive relationships with residents.

Participating in task forces to assist and execute required tasks.

Job Requirements:

Capability to work night shifts.

Independence, resourcefulness, and responsibility.

Firm commitment to upholding standards and responsiveness in dealing with individuals.

Strong communication and writing skills.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and similar tools.
